We traded for this radio and it was supposed to be working fine. This radio does have the 3K roofing filter installed as well as the latest firmware. In all, this is a good looking radio. The main tuning knob also has some marks on it but, overall, the front looks great with all interface labels fully legible. The screen is, however, still clear and easily readable. It does show minor signs of use including some small marks around the sides of the case and some faint scratches on the screen.
